• Preparation of activities and work packages for major maintenance, routine maintenance and initiatives.
• Activity scheduling, schedule updates and progress monitoring.
• Support for plant turnaround planning and monitoring, in accordance with the contracted scope.
• Consolidation of technical information, costs, materials and indicators for maintenance management.
• Support for planning asset additions and retirements, cataloging and material recovery under the applicable service orders.

Information for Coordination and Decision-Making

The work combines technical preparation, scheduling and monitoring. Work packages, schedules, progress reports and material records provide traceability of commitments and visibility of outstanding items and constraints.

The role described covers planning and technical support for the client’s management activities, with responsibilities and deliverables defined for each service.
