Plant Turnaround Planning
We integrate planning, scheduling, supporting engineering and technical monitoring for scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns in refineries and industrial plants.

- Turnaround Monitoring and Control: progress, constraints, resources, costs, technical assurance and closeout.
The HSE Supervision and Rescue service is provided by HSE professionals and rescue personnel who coordinate with the client’s activities and procedures.
Scope Definition and Review
We consolidate planned activities and support reviews of their technical requirements. We identify interfaces between disciplines and coordination needs with operations, maintenance and engineering.
Work Package Preparation
Advance Planning — WP1 and WP2: we develop and review packages with activities, sequences, resources, materials, tools and technical documentation, according to the client’s preparation stages.
We integrate calculations for installing and dismantling temporary facilities, scaffolding and structures, and connections for chemical cleaning, neutralization, rinsing and washing.
Materials and Cataloging: review of equipment, accessory and tool descriptions, references and codes, and tracking of availability and constraints.
Preparation may cover atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, catalytic cracking, naphtha hydrotreating and turbomachinery, according to each service.
Scheduling and Constraints
We develop and update schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. We identify critical paths, dependencies, clashes and constraints, and coordinate work windows with operations and execution leads.
Monitoring During the Turnaround
Scheduled and Unscheduled Shutdowns: we monitor execution, consolidate progress, and update schedules and constraints. We prepare daily and shift reports and Power BI dashboards to coordinate work fronts.
The scope may include alkylation, saturated gas, butane isomerization, catalytic cracking, delayed coking, turbomachinery, tank maintenance and civil works.
Reliability and QA: tracking technical requirements, reviews and quality evidence. HSE and Rescue: documented supervision of risks, findings and control actions according to the contracted scope.
Resource and Cost Control
We support estimating and tracking hours, resources and costs. We integrate OPEX, CAPEX and ARO budgets and capitalization records in accordance with client procedures.
We review material availability, recovery and reuse, and information for planning asset additions or retirements. Monitoring helps identify deviations and support decisions during preparation and execution.
Technical Closeout and Lessons Learned
We consolidate final work status, outstanding items and technical closeout records. We organize reports, quality records and evidence in client systems, and document lessons for future work.
