Conceptual, Basic and Detailed Engineering
We define alternatives, design criteria and technical bases, and develop the basic engineering, drawings, calculation reports, specifications and detailed documents required for each project.
We coordinate process, mechanical, piping, civil and structural, electrical and instrumentation engineering according to the scope. We review clashes and integration with existing facilities using AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
Plant Engineering and Maintenance Solutions
We validate and review plant engineering to prepare maintenance work and integrate assets. We develop calculations and simulations for assembling and dismantling temporary facilities, structures and scaffolding, and review connections and arrangements for chemical cleaning, neutralization, rinsing and washing, according to the contracted scope.
3D visualization and sequence reviews help assess clashes, constraints and handling requirements before the work begins.
Project Planning and Control
We structure scopes, activities, resources and schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. We track progress, milestones and deviations, and consolidate indicators and dashboards in Power BI to support project decisions.
Field Studies and Information Integration
We carry out site visits and field studies, and direct and integrate specialized measurement services: topographic surveys, georeferencing, point clouds, LiDAR and visual documentation. We coordinate the geotechnical, structural and electrical studies required by the project and review their results as engineering inputs.
We consolidate drawings, models, calculation reports and technical reports with document control and traceable revisions.
Engineering Connected to Operations. Our experience in transportation, storage and refinery support connects design, maintenance preparation and work monitoring. We define deliverables, interfaces and review criteria with each client.
